Hi Guy, many thanks for your response.

I’m not sure which version of PTSN it is, so I have a ttached a photo of the back of it, hoping that will identify it.

I have 3 Mk1 6000s and 1 Mk2. The Mk2 was a big help in opening the beoline for registrations  rather than interupting the power all the time.

When I first registered all the handsets, I noticed that there were still 3 handsets registered to the base, none of which were in my possession. I did manage to remove all these, although I thought that would be impossible as I didn’t have them!

The actions of setting the 4 handsets up  also included a reset on each Mk1  handset with the dot 7 000 9 sequence. Iwill try starting again, though, to see if that gives me the result I would like.
