BRONZE MemberOne of my Beocom 6000s wouldn’t charge. I removed the battery and looked at the visible connectors. Some had verdigris on them (despite no other signs of moisture ingress) so I dismantled the phone and used contact cleaner on the affected contactors. Now I’ve put the phone back together (everything except re-attaching the back case….it was such a nightmare to get off, I wanted to be sure it all worked before replacing that!), the “C” button and the “INT button aren’t working. All the other pushbuttons and wheel work perfectly. It also now charges perfectly so at least I’ve fixed that!
Does anyone know which contactors those two buttons use? i.e. which connector should I be focussing my attention on?
Thanks in advance.

If you undo the screws and remove the main PCB there are two ‘rubber strip’ contact connectors underneath. The upper one is for the display, and the lower one for the keyboard. I would try removing, cleaning the lower ‘rubber’ strip (with a soft brush) and the PCB/display contacts with isopropyl alcohol, and then re-assemble and test.
