Beocentre 9300 memory battery

Hello guys

Can you help?

My beocentre 9300 doesn’t remember any settings when powered off at the mains plug( unplugged) I’ve tried to leave it plugged in for a week and then unplugged it for 2 mins then back on but still the volume is at zero and the remote needs reconnecting with the 9300 also other settings like noise reduction switch back on when I previously had it off. Is this due to some memory battery that needs replacement?? If so where can I buy one please.

Hi and welcome to Beoworld!

That does indeed sound like the battery. Here’s the battery that I bought for my BC9500:

It does required careful soldering.  Following picture (arrow) shows location in BC9500 – I think it’s the same in BC9000;
