  • Beocom 2 Problems

    Hi All, I have Beocom 2 and home which I think are great, but one of them has developed a problem where key 1 and 2 don't work, they depress ok but don't create a response. Any ideas or suggestions as to where I could get it fixed? Thanks

    Reminds me of the TV's they used to wheel between classes at School! Not for me, who needs to move their TV that often?

    I've just sold my Avant (got a fairly good price) and ordered the new Loewe OLED. I've had lots of Loewe's in the past and been very happy with them. As it's not out until September I've purchased an LG OLED as an interim, have to say compared to the Avant it's pretty impressive. I agree the interface isn't as good as teh B&O but hopefully the Loewe will address this, however the picture is on another level in comparison. Interested to see what the next B&O TV's

  • BeoSound 5 & Spotify

    Hi All, I wonder if anyone can help. For some reason the UK chart tracks on my Beosound spotify are out of date. It doesn't reflect what the Spotify app says on my phone or macbook. It's showing the charts from a few weeks ago. Any idea whats wrong? Thanks Paul

    Nearly two months now and my Beosound is still not back. I rang them today after having no reply to my last two emails (last one got rejected because the recipients mailbox was full!) the person dealing with wouldn't take my call but was promised an update today. I was told the final part would be in last Tuesday, it's now another week on and no update. This new service centre is the worst company I have ever had this misfortune to deal with, how B&O selected them as suitable to represent

    So had a call today. My beosound needs another part! Another £350 and another few days. Been over a month now. Not vey happy at all.

    B&O have got back to me they are currently working on a PUC but don't currently have a timescale. They will email when it's available. Thanks

    I had my Beolab 5 repaired in Gloucester, service was brilliant repaired in 48 hours and perfect. My beosound 5 has packed up now and has been sent to the new place in Swindon, and the service has been awful. Was told the main board had failed, that was replaced and it still wasn't working so a new HDD was required. I was told at first I'd have to pay for both, they have now agreed I only have to pay for the HDD. I was told it would be a few more days whist they ordered the drive, that was
