  • Re: Is it possible to use the DVI input on Beovision 7-32 Mk2 (9321) ?

is it possible to somehow find a way to trick the Beo 4 remote, so that when you press TV it automatically selects the DVI connection, rather than pressing List and scrolling down to find PC option ?? any clever ways to re-program the Beo 4 at all ??

  • Re: Beogram 4000 cartridge mount needed

this is great news for all the 4000/02/04 owners out there, how much is your kit Rudy, could not see any reference to it on your website or blog it's a great shame that many 4000 owners around the world will not have a chance to get the MMC 20 mount fixed with Rudy's kit :-(

  • Re: Capacitance for MMC cartridges

a few people have asked me what model of Graham Slee phono preamp I use, it is the Gram Amp II Special Edition that I bought around 2003 it works well with all the MMCx carts and SMMCx carts I have in my collection, it has a high gain and the Graham Slee units are all hand built and made in England, which is a quality I admire :-) Beogram 8002 Tonearm Pins to end of D-102 cable - capacitance measured at 92 pF Graham Slee Gram Amp II Special Edition - internal value of 100 pF capacitance (confirmed

  • Beogram 8002 Listed ( but is it really an 8000 ) Item 331593337507

this item is being listed as a Beogram 8002, but the platter on it is from an 8000, and this ebay seller says the cart on the arm is an MMC20EN I thought all 8002's used the newer MMC1 to 5 series carts, maybe this was a very very early 8002 with the old 8000 arm and platter, but I highly doubt B&O would do such a thing more likely someone trying to pass off an 8000 as the later more desirable 8002 I asked him for the Type No, but he was not able to give that to me when asked caveat empor

    1) What will the iSpectrum test show? A. if you have the HiFi News test record, or any decent Test record, then you can use the iSpectrum software on your MAC, you will then see how well the 551P perfoms at the >12kHZ end of the HF 2) That is interesting to hear, thank you. I do notice it a lot more on pop records, particularly old Michael Jackson albums where the vocals are more upfront. When I listen to instrumental albums it sounds perfect. It seems as if the output is being overdriven, as
