  • Connecting active studio monitors (XLR/Jack) to BeoCenter 9500

Hi everyone! I'm planning on connecting my active Genelec studio monitors to my BeoCenter 9500. I just can't figure out the best way of connecting them. The speakers usually runs balanced XLR, though I'm aware that the powerlink doesn't deliver a balanced output. A balanced connection is not important to me. • Re: Infrared volume control

Hi again. My speakers are actually not B&O, but Genelec. My setup is very simple. I have two active speakers connected to a volume control, to were my CD and MP3-player is connected. My question is: Do you guys know a good and reliable volume control, to where I can use my Beo5? It might be B&O or it might be some other brand. All the best Niels

  • Infrared volume control

Hi everybody. I was wandering if any of you could recommend me an infrared volume control for my active speakers, so that I can use my Beo5 to turn the volume up and down? At the moment I'm using a NanoPatch, but it has no infrared receiver, so i have to turn the volume up and down manually. I hope that some of you have some suggestions, bellow I have attached a picture of what I'm using now. All the best Niels
