• Quality of support

Hello, I have a pair of H8 headphones. My third pair. It’s been the least stable headphone model I’ve ever owned. My latest kit suffers from a unreliable power switch that used to work well but lately has begun getting the phones stuck in either a non-Bluetooth mode, a non-responsive mode, a mode with a glitchy sound and non-responsive mode or sometimes a working mode. There’s also a cable in the headband that seems loose so when I’ve been walking with them I hear the cable jump around inside. A

  • Re: B&W ASW610 Subwoofer - who makes the Circuit Boards?

Funny :) I am happy they use B&O ICEPower for their subwoofers.

  • Re: Beoremote One low power mode is crap

I still have the same batteries as when I got my remote 2014. Have no issues yet. If they drain quickly something is wrong. If it takes years and you still think it’s to little: use chargeable batteries. I don’t think it’s easy to maintain proper function when a battery is years old and unable to provide sufficient power.

  • Re: AVANT 55 screen fix or change brands (australia)
That's incredible considering the TV is just over 3 years old. There are so many people reporting Avant issues on this forum recently. I'd be very reluctant to spend $3K on a 3-year-old TV. Not sure what I'd advise. You make a good point on the Eclipse becoming an old model and we don't know what's coming. B&O might surprise us with an update - they did with the A9 MKIII.
I got five year warranty for my Avant. Didn’t everyone who ordered

  • Re: Samsung 2019 TV's support AirPlay 2 and iTunes...
My point is not the AirPlay 2 possibility -- my point is Samsung (exclusively) offering an iTunes Movies and TV Shows app , apparently programmed by Apple, which includes access to the iTunes Store as well as access to your complete library. The experience will be just the same as running an Apple TV! Eddie Cue looks "forward to bringing the iTunes and AirPlay 2 experience to even more customers around the world through Samsung Smart TVs".
No it

https://www.apple.com/airplay/ is a good place for true information.

  • Re: Samsung 2019 TV's support AirPlay 2 and iTunes...
The market seems to be so brutal that even Apple is apparently abandoning their AppleTV.
:P Hardly.. But giving manufacturers the possibility to add AirPlay 2, Homekit and iTunes Store means advantages for Apple since for now most systems are easy to use with Android phones and not iOS devices due to the lack of AirPlay. Now they give TV manufacturers the possibility to add this, making a ecosystem with iOS devices and different TVs a simpler solution without

  • Re: The LG 2019 OLED gets WiSA-based wireless Dolby Atmos audio.
Not the only one - I've got everything (B&O) hard wired in. Of course that's not easy or practical for everyone, but that's a different issue. Out of the 16 devices online in my apartment, only 3 are wireless (iPhone, iPad, laptop). Wireless works well for simple cases.- but for serious heavy duty use, you either need to be lucky, or invest in improving the wireless architecture, or just hard wire ( as I did in the end) Even Bluetooth headphones are

  • Re: 4K projector in combination with Beosystem4 possible?
Thanks MM I was thinking about the same line, given that I bought the BSys4+Speakers just two years ago.. and also fear that the combination of my speakers only work properly with the BeoSys4... your comment is re-assuring as I really like "one" system that works smoothly and provides superb sound. My consideration for 4K was that my last projector lasted 10yrs and a new one should again last several years and 4K projectors have come down a bit in price

  • Re: 4K projector in combination with Beosystem4 possible?
Hello Is it possible to use a 4K projector in combination with the beosystem4 (and use the 4k resolution)? I have a beosystem4 connected to two BeoLab 17 (Front), 7-1 (Center) and Beolab14 System (Sub+4 Rear Speakers). All speakers (with exception of the center speaker are connected via cat-cables to the Beosystem/Beo14 Sub/Hub). My AppleTV, TViX and NAS (connected to the TViX) are connected to the Beosystem4 and currently i project content to my 10 year old Sanyo
