• Anyone bought the new V1-TV yet?

I am interested in hearing about the new BeoPlay V1 from people that has it at home or have been able to review it. Have not found any reviews on the internet yet but I guess someone must have bought it already? Some nice unpacking pictures and pictures of details and menues would be interesting and nice to see! I first liked the white model most but I am leaning more against the black one now. A few "real life" pictures would help me and probably many others to decide .

Thanks for the link and info regarding your retailers sales so far. I have seen the pictures already :) but I think B&O should let users pick which stand they want with the TV. So unnecessary to include the tilted stand if it is not being used and according to my retailer the price is the same for all stands. This one would be more universal to include - if any. Having to pay 1500 SEK extra for another stand seems a bit disappointing to me. One thing I am thinking about is if the included tilted

I have to say it is quite stupid not to let v1 have masterlink compatibility. It is one of the things that gives b&o that extra thing we want from our products. Just pushing radio and seeing my avant reakting with a red blink and turning on my beosound that gives a nice glow makes me so calm and happy. With v1 i think that magic is lost. And why dismiss that possibility? I wanted the v1 in by bedroom and my dealer said it has built in radio but from what i understand it is not fm-radio just dvb

I can understand if you have some other B&O kit and you can't get the masterlink to play with those bits and pieces, vis a vis the V1 not having masterlink, this will be very frustrating and I understand your constructive criticism and sense of disappointment. Forgive me though, as I am still learning about the B&O way of connecting things; as I understand it, Master link is an analogue (and therefore arguably outdated) technology that allows one

I am also having a big problem deciding which colour I should choose. The white one was my first choice since it probably blends better with the wall. But I kind of like the black one more now. And just as moxxey said it isnt really black. I think a black frame around the picture is easier on the eyes than the big contrast with a white frame. But I am not sure. Will take a lot of time to decide. Would be interesting to see how the different speaker-colours looks in the black/white models. And I also

I saw the V1 on its introduction day here in Sweden and was fairly impressed. I guess it is what it is and it is not trying to be more than it is. They had the 32" black and the white 40" on display and I actually think the black model was more grey/brownish than black. Do anyone know if they will release it in other colours? I would like it in blue, with a white speaker fret. For example.. I have read alot but I can't see anyone talking about the display panel. I am worried it might

I have read alot but I can't see anyone talking about the display panel.
There's plenty of feedback in this 9 page discussion on the quality of the V1 picture/panel. Personally, I prefer the white with the interchangeable coloured speaker frets.
I can't see anything regarding what kind of panel it is? Do you know if it is an IPS panel? I think the picture looks good in the store but always hard to say

You beat me too it :P I thought about that today also :) I am going for the white 40" for my bedroom. I think. Mostly because the better sound in the 40" model. I want a complete "mini-cinema" so I think that is the best bang for the buck :P
