  • Re: Beolab & Loewe BILD Integration

Hi Svinaik, I have a similar setup with the Loewe Bild 7.55 that I bought early in the year and combined this with the Beolab 18's and Beolab 19 connected. My setup has the Speakers hooked up to the Transmitter 1 to create a Wireless connection. The transmitter 1 box which I got £280 is then directly connected to the TV via the breakout cable I got directly from Almando costing 59 Euros and a tiny breakout box from Loewe for about the same price. https://almando.com/index.php/loewe-category

Hi Guys, I currently have a 3.1 setup with the Loewe acting as the centre and the beloab 18s acting as the front L&R and a Beolab 19 as my subwoofer. I want to add a set of 17's or 18s to setup so the speakers will connect to my transmitter 1 wirelessly and then be placed in another lounge where we sit and eat to get multi-room. The idea is that when the TV is on and playing media I will have a 5.1 system ( with rear sound in the second lounge). But when I want multi-room the speakers will

Oh wow that's terrible customer services . Sorry to hear that Is there a page on beoworld that tracks buyers problems? I was offered a discounted pair but reconsidering now as would be disappointed too especially at the prices being paid for a set

I had the same problem with the 4 Wisa Beolab 18s & 19 I have from the wifi connection. They would flash red and make all these cracking noises and lose syncing with my Transmiter one as have a Loewe Oled TV connected to it. I searched for a solution for months only for B&O in one store to tell me my apply TV which was connected to the 5ghz wifi router and sitting next to the transmitter 1 was causing the interference as WISA works on a spectrum of 5hgz. Other streaming boxes on that spectrum

Thanks Mikipedia, I've actually watched and enjoyed your videos of the 50's online and always thought you seemed very happy with them. What issues have you been having? The Dealer seemed convinced May was the timeframe was definite as they delayed the launch so they could release the 50 and Eclipse together. Not sure if the changes will be just cosmetic or not.

  • Beolab 50 Brass Colour soon?

Hi Guys, I heard a rumour that the 50's would be released in a Brass edition in May. I was told this by a shop in London but no one else seems to have this information when I visited a few other stores. I was advised this would be in conjunction with a Brass edition of the Beovision Eclipse. Has anyone else heard this?

  • Re: BeoTalk podcast

Hi David, I saw a question on the Beotalk podcast this weekend about integrating a non B&O TV with existing and older generation B&O speakers in setup a 5.1 surround sound setup. Michael mentioned my setup using the Almando Box so I thought I'd write a review of my experiences. Background: In 2016 I was after a new OLED TV and there were a few players in the game namely LGs B6, C6, E6 and G6. I then found another premium option offered by Loewe, the German company who was the first to

Guys i wasnt able to finish the live show but there was a questionon MQA which is basicaly the latest flavour of the month in terms of audio codecs. Its meant to given recording studios and steaming sites the ability to encode audio using smaller file sizes. Its a proprietaty coded and some manufactuers are licenced to process this codes on hardware like Oppo, Audioquest. This is currently supported on Tidal https://www.mqa.co.uk/customer/our-partners https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_Quality_Authenticated
