Thank you Multicare! I just watched this youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9Bd63-i_Gw and saw that there are two motors inside (see picture). So when I get the system back from B&O, I have to ask which motor is the problem.
Edit: I think they said it is the one that is moving the CD laser.
