I want to replace cross over capacitors with the same Jantzen cross caps you chose. When I look at the circuit board (made out of wood!), it looks a bit complicated. The three caps I want to replace are sort of intertwined with other stuff. I had hope, I could simply desolder the old ones and solder on the new ones. Or is it ok easy to replace for a beginner “solderer”? (I can build bicycle wheels and fix pavoni espresso machines, so I thought I could handle this too!).
Would you happen to have a a photo of the back site of the circuit board – before and after, so I can see how yours look?
And if you could mention other “need and nice to know” about replacing old cabs with the Jantzen caps.
