    Hi Mm

i did read the manual, there is no light on the prism display, but the tv is switching on. The speaker cover I have had a look and I can’t see anything in Scotland, used to be a company down south that used to do that

I have now managed to mount the bv11-46 on the wall bracket. I have two questions is it easy enough recover the fret on the speaker? The other question is the bracket. I can move the wall bracket to different positions manually but I don’t see any lead to plug it into the socket marked stand on the tv?

    Hi

i have the two parts of the bracket A and B and I also have the countersink screws for all hinges that allow the bracket to mounted to the tv as well as the wall bracket the only parts I appear to be missing are the small countersink screws they are  called 7 X DB othe only one I’m missing is 1 x DA according to the manual you kindly linked to

    Hi Millemissen

i have looked at the bracket, it looks like I’m missing the screws for the the bracket that attaches  to the tv, there are 7 small countersink screws  that attach to this the hinges. I have attached a picture just not sure what the size is ?

    Hi Guy

Im Going back many years but from me memory you would need to use optical to rca from the Apple TV and I wouid presume use the scart socket, might be able to use spdif socket, then the masterlink will carry the sound to the link rooms, passive kits shoud work ok link room you would need to press the av command followed by source  ie dtv. That worked on the avant and bvis 7’s I think that will work on bvis 10

    Hi millemissen

There is no audio master in the system that is why I wanted to upgrade the older Apple to a newer 4K mk2 that way they have they can watch all the tv shows and movies, and then play music via AirPlay to the main tv, but listen to the music on the passive kits they have round the house ?

    Hi guy

Customer has the same set up, with 2 beovision 6 if it works great. I was going to get a newer Apple TV as there one does not have the apps. I’m guessing it’s just a straight swap for the older unit, what they would like is to be able to listen to the music on AirPlay through the masterlink system, was not sure if you needed to convert the optical to spdif so sound comes through the masterlink system

    Hi guy

the tv is connected to masterlink and rf distribution, as far I know you can’t distribute an hdmi signal via rf, on on the older system with for example and sky hd box hdmi plugged into tv and scart was used to distribute the picture via rf?

    Hi stan

thanks for the reply. I just think £2500 for a replacement screen to me is expensive, waiting to see if bang and olufsen are considering making a contribution, if not then my thought are new lg with a beosound theatre yes it is a more expensive solution, but that way any issues he has the soundbar and he just needs to replace the screen in future.

I actually spoke to the supplier about plugging in the beolab 3’s into the lab and then one cable plugging into the theatre but they advised against it. I won’t be back there for a few weeks so will need to wait. As per my previous reply if you where able to remote into the unit from outside the house then I could check it. I really appreciate your info on this

    Hi

Thanks for that image, that is the problem I’m not getting the plus icon on my set up, so I can only presume that maybe there is an issue with the powerlink splitter. I will change the connector to the newer rj45 to powerlink splitter and check the Powerlink cables.

    hi

thanks for the reply, yes they are the Oem parts, I have taken the. I have plug in the speakers as follows  pl 1 lab 9 pl2 lab 9 pl3 lab 2 pl4 lab 3’s into powerlink splitter then powerlink to rj45 I can get the test tone for all the speakers but it only shows 1 lab 3 but it I can select left and right surround in the app as it only shows 1 lab which I can only make left or right. Is it possible for the app to display the two rear speakers
