    Firstly thanks to Matador for the original files and the amazing Scandinavian furniture company style instructions. Fantastic!!

    I’ve just been looking at the files myself, they need to be scaled up 10x for those who did not work it out already. The slot width measures about 4.3mm wide in CAD so (depending on 3D print tolerances) should give a slightly loose fit for a 4mm thick wood strip. So not sure why you measure 5mm Guy, I think that would be too big for the 4mm thick wood.

    It could be that print tolerances are too high, also in my limited 3D print experience it is a good idea to put a small radius on all sharp edges. 0.5mm should be enough to help give a better print. That could affect the finished part quality and size.
