The cartiridge was in correctly before the video and it sounded terrible and still does with it fully installed.

@TK – it had a full belt service which I did not request but was probably needed.

Do you happen to have an image of how it should look?

re the gap: I think that was me testing set up and I had it on and off as I was worried about damaging it.
