    Customer service provided me an update file for the latest software

    “A3.1.0.11.37484_signed.bin”

    which I am happy to forward (send me your email via dm), but i am struggeling to install the update on my Beoplay V1 (see my new forum post).

    Hi!

    I had a similar problem. for me this helped:

    Press the red button an LIST on the remote to enter its Menu.

    go to CONFIG? –>VIDEO? and switch between VIDEO 5 and VIDEO 6

    I dont remember what I chose, but after changing from one to the other, my remote worked again with the TV.
