    Sadly, one of the two buttons not working is the “INT” button, so a reset isn’t an option. I will try to clean the display connector again, just in case.

    I’ve uploaded two photos; the first shows the two contacts I’m referring to, arrowed in red and the second shows where I believe they should touch on the PCB, also arrowed in red. These may, of course, just be bonding points!

    I’d rather not bin the phone as it is, to all intents and purposes, unused.

    Thanks for the advice.

    I’ve already cleaned the rubber part and contactors to no effect. It’s really weird that everything works fine except for those two buttons!

    There are two springy contactors, one on either side of the keypad part. They are clearly designed to contact the pcb on the edge but I have no idea if they are making a good contact. Do you know what they are for?
