I have same problem with my BV eclipse 1st gen and Apple tv 4k.
I solve this problem by replacing hdmi cable between tv and SoundCenter by high price hdmi cable.

When I watch HDMI cable advertisement youtube video, I cynically ordered with no hope of it, but it solved all of my problem about BV.
