Just want to give you an update:

The problem was the old cartridge. The stylus became loose
from the dampening element. I tried to glue it back with some success, but the stylus itself
was also worn out, so it still could not hold track. I did sacrilege and converted the
everything to Ortofon system. The beogram now tracks like a boss, and I know the purists will hate me,
but I’m very pleased with the sound😆

Hello Mark, the whole tonearm is a bit too low. I made another picture with a pliar accross both arms as a reference.
