Hello All – thanks for the reply – I’m not getting notifications, hence the delay in replying

 

Another q – if the capacitors on the IR unit were duff – would the Century on flash 1 when trying to be set up? – just trying to confirm I undertook some reasonable soldering!

Cheers  -yes – have done that – still no joy. – the display reverts to standard once you press 1 – should it flash?
