Hi Beofans.
Which Beocener / Beosound will work with the Beogram for control.
I know the overture will work but don’t really want a tape deck, I was hoping the Beosound 3000 which I think shows Phono but wont control the Beogram.
I am after something to give me CD but also records maybe too, I would want to using a 1611 or NL/ML link it into my NL system and be able to see on the App the Beocenter with Beogram,
Will it also show up in the BLI ?
What audio systems are the options? Is it just the overture?
cheers

18 April 2022 at 10:11 #34247Anything that has a datalink connection for the controlling.
See this article:

Most common in use are the ‘pizza box systems’/6500-7000 or the BeoSystem 4500.

19 April 2022 at 21:05 #34248Hi there
thank you, so I think my choice should be Beosound Overture.
The reasons for this is the AUX for a record player with control and connection of Masterlink to a NL/ML converter.
few questions.
Does the BLI see the converter as a device? Can it be shown as a Beosound Oveture and will the record player be recognised.
Same question about the Bang and Olufsen app.
will the overture display Phono when its playing the record player or will it show AUX?
Do you select AUX on a Beo4 or Phono?
Will the HALO see the NL / ML converter as record player etc?
cheers

20 April 2022 at 01:15 #34249That all depends on how the converter is configured.
You could start with reading one of the threads in the old forums – e.g. this one:

And the manual – can be found here:
