Sorry if this is a topic that’s already been discussed, but my Beomaster 2400 is having volume issues. I can increase the volume (manually) no problem, but the only way I’ve found to decrease volume is by switiching off the machine and turning it back on; in other words, the button is not working. The remote is also not cooporerating.

Has anyone else faced or heard of this issue?
