Hi all! I have a Beogram 4002 connected to my Beolab 8’s with USB-C line-in 3.5 mm jack adapter and it works fine (especially after last update with volume gain). However, about every second day it “crashes”. I have set line-in sensitivity to high, but suddenly it doesn’t work. I then switch to line-in the B&O app or on my Beoremote Halo, but it does nothing. Only solution is to pull the power on the left Beolab. I don’t know if this can be fixed with a software update. Does anyone have experience with something similar with either Beolob 8 or other Mozart products with line-in?

Report to B&O support.

23 March 2024 at 02:00 #53700I just had an issue with beolab 8s , but I think it was my own making .
But one quick thing worth looking at when you have the issue :
Move your hand over the top to make the lights come on .
The Bluetooth and mic symbols are only on the primary .
If yours have switched primary speaker , usb will not work as it is to be plugged into primary .
Note : I believe the left/right primary switch was caused by myself rather than software . -
