Hi everyone.
I’m working on a Beovision Avant 8490, US version, that was blowing fuses as soon as it was plugged in.
I’ve traced down the failed voltage regulator, and after replacing it I’ve got power to the tube and the beginning of an image on the screen, but no sync. I’m trying to find the correct service manual for this model, so I can trace the source of the sync, but the ones for earlier, or UK models, are different enough that PCB 2 does not match up with what I have.
If anyone has any info, or a source on this service manual, I’d appreciate it very much.
