BRONZE MemberHi guys, im new to these b&o products and this forum and i was wondering if you could help me with some advise on my setup.
I recently bought a pair of second hand beolab 8000. They look great and sound great connected via my Samsung Tv -> Arc-analog converter (see pic) -> Beolab 8000. They work great and im planning to replace the foam soon with the kit from Danish Sound Parts.
I like the design so much that i bought a pair of gray beolab 4000 speakers too cause they match. I was wondering how i could best connect them to the tv aswel. I also have two powerlink cables and a bandridge OFC cable (see picture)
Thanks in advance and greetings from the Netherlands!

If they are MK2 they only have the switch and the powerlink sockets. No phono socket.
You’ll need a speciel cable to convert fra e.g phono to powerlink (din8) …
Soundsheavenly got them.

BRONZE MemberAha ok thanks,
My bl4000 speakers have a phono sockets, so mk1. The arc to analoog converter doesnt have any more output Connections because both bl8000 are already connected there.
Isnt it possible to split the signal at the output of the converter and from there connect both bl4000? Or is the only route to connect them with the bl8000 speakers?

How that will sound will depend on placement.Example of splitter:

And removing the old foam might even damage them even further.
I have cleaned speakers that worked prior to cleaning… and they didn’t work after cleaning. I had them fixed and re-foamed.
