BRONZE MemberHi, got a Beosound Century 2000 from 1992(ish) with CD and tape. Trying – and failing – to get it to link to a bluetooth transceiver.
The aux is a 7 pin DIN. I tried a 7 pin DIN > RCA female > bluetooth and that didn’t work. Then I tried a 7 pin DIN > RCA male > bluetooth and that didn’t work either.
The bluetooth gadget itself works fine, I tested it on something else.
Anyone had any success doing this? Any thoughts?

GOLD MemberThe BS2000 Aux is for input only. The following is cut from the Setup Guide:
Auxiliary equipment
Connect your auxiliary equipment, if any, to the socket marked AUX. The socket is for input connections only
and does not support Bang & Olufsen Datalink operation.
I can confirm that a proper 5 pin cable will work for input (only 3 pins are actually used for input). As MM stated, if you get a 5 pin cable with 4 RCA leads (as shown above) you can test to find which 2 are input.
Output is not possible.
