    Set up:

Denon – rca with trigger- powerlink – Beolab 4000 rear – powerlink daisy chain – Beolab 4000 front

    Issue:

Beolab 4000 rear rapidly turning on and off constantly.

    Thoughts:

I cannot see that this is a cable issue, since the issue is happening on the first speaker in the chain. The last speaker in the chain functions normally.

I believe there is a issue on a circuit in the Beolab 4000 in the rear.

The speaker with the issue is the ceiling rear left in my Atmos setup, so I have just turned it off for now, but would be nice to get it sorted.

    Hi Leo,

If you switch the affected speaker between left, right and line via the input switch, is the issue still there please?  It may be a faulty switch as these aren’t particularly robust.

    Kind regards, Steve.

    Hi Leo,

I have the same kind of Problem, my Beolab4000 is also working intermittently.

switching  from red to green.I’ve read somewhere else that the rotten foam inside could

be the reason, causing small shorts on the circuit boards inside. I’m going to clean them

shortly and see if it works..

    best regards Jojoe
