BRONZE MemberHi,
For over a year Tidal Connect does not work properly with my setup (Theatre, 18s). 80% of the songs are cut-off appr. 10 seconds before the end of the song. Since. the B&O app does not support personal playlists from Tidal (daily discovery, new arrivals) this is de really irritating, apart from the louzy interface between Tidal and B&O.
My dealer claims this is a known problem, B&O works on it, onlya few users in xperience this problem, bla bla.. For over a year.
Any other members with the same problem, expierence with B&O, possible solution???
Thanks for your help!

BRONZE MemberYes I also have the problem. It is definitely a problem on B&O side, not Tidal. And I already open several cases but no resolution yet after more than 1 year.
And in the B&O app, they removed the settings about Tidal in the Source menu for a while…
Honestly, when time will come to renew my music/TV stuff, beside the crazy prices they have now, this time it will be the one to switch to another brands after 40 years of B&O. I hesitated last time when I decided to change the BV11 and BV7, finally moved to Theatre+LG, but they are the last B&O items I will ever buy

BRONZE MemberSame thoughts and experience here. Started with Beolab 1s back in the days, upgraded to 5 and later moved to KEF. Then went back, but not sure I made the right decision. I am in love with the character of sound of B&O, but it seems that they are completely disrespectful to their clients. Just check the text they use when introducing the 7.0. version of their app. Shitty as always, but oh, this an important update for US…
