Recently, I acquired a BeoCord 9000, and in terms of technical performance, all functions work well, and playback is excellent.
However, when it comes to recording, I tried different tapes such as normal, chrome, and metal. The PPM values vary significantly, and I’m not sure if this is normal.
Regarding Rec cal data, I performed the steps for a TDK SA 90 tape, and the values obtained are as follows: 09.1, 11.2, 00.3, 00.4, 07.5. These are the values after Rec cal. Data for items 3 and 4 are completely missing. I would like to ask if this could be a fault with the Beocord?

if the Beocords bottom plate is not fitted, so correct assembly is one important thing.Martin
