Howdy folks, I just picked up a free Beovision 3-32 from Facebook Marketplace the other day. Lovely lady, apparently they bought the thing when it was launched here in Denmark and wanted to give it away since they haven’t used it in years.
So, good news and bad news. Bad news, I think the PIN has been lost to time. Good news, the time I got the 1-1-1-1-1 to work it worked flawlessly. That good news isn’t entirely good though, because the 1-1-1-1-1 didn’t work the next time I used it. Word on the street is I need to wait some 30 minutes without it plugged in for the service menu to work again, but as a more permanent fix – is there any way to just remove the PIN, assuming neither myself nor the original owners have any sort of receipts? Or do I need to keep doing the service menu thing every time I wanna use it?
Thanks for the help!

You will need to contact a dealer with the serial number (and officially, a receipt that shows that you have bought the tv)….in case the old lady can’t provide the PIN, that was used. He then can get a code to unlock the tv.
Afterwards, if you do not need the security of the PIN code, you can disable it in the settings.
