unsure if this can be repaired or need to replace the whole arm . . . arghhh

I’ve used both repair shops in town previously. I hope my preferred mechanic can do B&O repair and has done this unique brand before. If not I go to plan B shop. I’m sure as heck not gonna try this craziness myself.
