The glass / window of the dial pointer (3190047) on my Beomaster 1001 has loosened and cracked. I’ve been able to buy a new window and new guide plates (3015015) from Beoparts. Now I need to reassamble the dial pointer and fit it on the dial plate.
What is the best way to go about this? First glue the window to the “top” end of the dial pointer, fit this on the dial plate, align and fix the pointer to the tuning cord…
..and then glue the window to the lower end of the pointer and fit it all, including the guide plates and wheels to dial plate? Anyone have any experience with replacing the dial pointer window?
Thanks in advance! -
