Product Configuration Guide

I’m looking for the zip archive of the Product Configuration Guide software.
I have found a link on the old forum but sadly it’s not working anymore.

Has anyone found a way to get the Product Configuration Guide (PCG) to run on Linux under the Wine application? It installs fine, but when I try running version 2.7.0 under Wine, I get an “Internal VXT error”, which is generally connected with printer drivers!
