No more radio on beosound 5 encore

Hello.
Since fews days, the radio function as disapears  from my BS5 encore.
The network is OK wifi or cable but no radio.

i reset at factory the bs5 but same thing.how to fix it ?
where are stocked the url of radio ? on a BO server ?
