I use my Beosound Level at my workplace, and it is not connected to the wifi network. It is normally used in Bluetooth mode.
When I power it off, I get the normal beep boop, but then after about 1 to 3 minutes, the boop beep sound chimes, signaling that it has powered back on. After that, the power LED flashes red. I then go to depress the power switch again, no matter how long I hold it, the device will not chime. I then release and depress the power switch again, then I get a beep boop power off sound, and the power LED lights up green.
After some time, the green LED turns off, and the item appears to be powered off.
Though sometimes when I come back into work, I find that the Level has powered itself on, and if unplugged, has used up all the battery power, even though it is not in use.
When using the Level on Bluetooth mode, the play/pause button flashes or remains red through out the entire time using the product.I have brought it home and hooked it up to my home network. I have updated to the latest firmware. When using the Level while connected to my home network on Apple AirPlay, everything works as it should. The play/pause button is white, and powering it off actually shuts it off.
Is anyone else experiencing these issues? From reading through other posts about this product, the Level does seem to have some odd software issues.
