Hello Beoworlders,

The CD drive of my Beocenter 9000 has a strange behaviour today as you can see on the video.

Could it be the famous “capacitors bug”?

Capacitor bug?

The CD drive has more than just one famous cap… the famous one makes the drive just not reading.

Yours looks like a missing power supply voltage… there are more than just one power line.

Check the plugs and pins, sometimes they break out of the board…
