I have just installed a Halo wall mounted version powered over usbc. It will not update the software as it says the battery is less than 30% – it doesn’t have a battery!
Any idea how I get around this issue so I can update the software?

8 February 2025 at 11:17 #63565Remove it from your App, factory reset the Halo, charge it for a few hours
introduce it back to the app, see if that is good to go
8 February 2025 at 11:32 #63566All good now – apparently there is a small internal battery in the wall mounted version as its not transportable for the internal clock etc and this needed an overnight massage!
