No longer available – Damaged Beovision 5 – (upgraded to 4K UHD Screen)

Hi,

At the end of 2021 I helped a friend upgrade his Beovision 5 to a 4K TV screen. We replaced the screen with a LG LED UP78 43” 4K Smart TV. It looked amazing and worked really well, although you had to use the TV remote and Beo4. All the sound comes from the original BV5 speakers. Unfortunately a grandchild has smashed the screen and they have decided to go with a bigger TV so will be recycling this one. A perfect project for someone. No special skill needed. Really easy to replace the smashed screen like for like.

Does anyone want to collect it before it goes to the tip?

The TV is just outside Exeter in Devon, UK. Free to the first person who wants to collect it. It comes with the easel stand and floor cabinet. It is significantly lighter since we removed the plasma screen but it is still heavy and bulky and will need a large car/van to collect it.

Colletion only. Can’t offer delivery/meet halfway/courier etc
