Forum welcome page

It seems that the forum welcome page has changed and it shows again the topics in all sub-forums.

I guess that Mark is working on the suject.

@Mark:

• The “Forum” choice list on the main menu should be reviewed (I got 404 error).
• Same problem with the Forum View menu.
