I came across this high-ish end Onkyo cassette deck (TA-2820).
After seeing the HX PRO label on front, my first thought was to check the rear… and there it was printed, as it should:
“Dolby Noise Reduction and HX PRO Headroom extension manufactured under license from Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation. HX PRO Originated by Bang and Olufsen”
Always makes me happy to see this in the wild 😄
(The HX Pro was originally developed by B&O, then licensed thru Dolby, and the I believe the contract states that B&O should be referenced in the licensing small-print in all products, but I’ve seen that not all manufacturers actually did that)
