      I’ve been clearing through some of my old B&O stuff after some house renovations, and I’ve found a power supply I don’t recognise.  I’ve posted this in the Beocom subforum as I think it may be for a phone but I’m not sure.

      The type is 8040082, but when I’ve looked that up, that should be for a Beosound 2 MP3 player.  This does not however have a Beosound 2 base on the end of it; it has this strange connection with 2 pins on it that I don’t recognise – looks like it should clip into something?

      Strangely, the label shows a diagram of phone plug with the polarity shown on that, but it doesn’t have a phone plug, it has this strange plastic thingy.

      If anyone happens to recognise it let me know, so I’ll know if it’s any use to me!

        That is a travel charger for the BeoSound 2, not the construction site cone, but the mp3-player.

          Ah, is that what it is?  I didn’t know that a travel charger existed for that, but it makes sense.  I’ve never owned a BS2 so I have no idea where I got this from, must have been in one of the ‘random box of B&O stuff’ that I buy from eBay more often that I really should.
