    Got a BV11-46.

    Wall mounted – left side.

It has been fine for long as the seating position was straight in front of the TV.

But that changed … So a motorized wall bracket would be really nice.

I see motors for sale. Can they be retrofitted on the non-motorised wall bracket ?

As our house is 200+ years old and the brick walls are a bit sturdy I really don’t want to completely replace the whole wall bracket if I can avoid it.

    Regards

    R.

Yes, on the similar BV11-40 the hinge motor is a simple plug-in to add to the hinge.

Alright.. so that means that this ‘part’ is just an empty ‘shell’ on the non-motorised version ?

No idea about the empty shell. I do know that my son bought the motor and was able to fit it to his hinge. The approved B& O seller on this site has a motor for sale. Why don’t you ask them?
