BV Avant 75NG satellite signal software problem

Dear All!

My BV Avant 75NG shows strange behavior: it “looses” the satellite signal showing “no signal” (and of course black screen); if I do a hard reset (unplug) all the channels are back as if nothing happened; first I tried to redo the antenna but I think this behavior is due to a software issue which also might be  connected to missing updates (android/google).

I was already thinking to reset the TV but than I get the even older software

does anyone have an idea how this issue could be solved?

My BV14 (should be the same software?) is running smoothly

Dear All!

I was thinking, that the CI Module made the problems – now my BV14 shows the same issue; but unfortunately I need to accept, that is looks like to be a failing internal B&O satellite receiver; now I am looking for a third party product which is “PUC-capable” and has a CI+ slot (i need CI+ module to watch ORF).

please give some advice (no need of high end sat receivers).
