Bricked Halo not powering up

Well I don’t know what I did but I messed up and did something wrong.

The Halo powered up fine twice but now it’s not powering up.

This wall version didn’t come with any cables so I used my own usb c to usb c and the anker power source you see in the photo.

Now it’s not working at all… ??

Okay it’s working now. It was updating the software but it gave me no sign this was happening.
