B&O CDX 2 alomost there,,,repair

Hi

When lid close and hit the mecanical stop (horizontal stop)  it makes a little short jump of 2 mm and then closes fully.

Everything else is fine.
I have replaced the blue cap. on the motorcontrol PCB 8 board to the right value, 68 uF but that was very bad.  When lid opened fully it said a “krak, krak” sound.
Mounted the original (measured 20 uF)  again and open function was fine (???)

Does anyone have a tip or advise about the short jump when closing  ?
