After moving the speakers in the living room I wanted to make new measurements using the microphone. Trouble is each time I tried to make a room compensation it fails half way through, only measuring the master speaker. One of two faults pops up – “The level of background noise is too high” – “The microphone has detected too low a signal” The room is dead silent, also tried moving the microphone from listening position to having it directly in front of the speaker. Same fault codes no matter what.
Thinking it might be a faulty microphone I went to my local dealer and borrowed a new one, but still same result. This made me think it might be something within the speaker, so tried factory reset. Still same issue. Anyone experienced something similar? Everything else seems to work just fine..
