BRONZE MemberHowdy Folks!
I am refreshing a pair of Beovox S45’s. From what I see, each speaker has three 15uF electrolytic caps. Is there anything else that needs doing while I am in there?
I know this will likely not please some, but I am thinking of using Dayton DMPC series caps. I know this will change the character some but the price is right and not being electrolytic should last forever.
Thanks for you thoughts!

BRONZE MemberIf you’re re-capping Beovoxes, then there is only one correct answer when it comes to choosing capacitors (or two in this case, depending on which S45s you have!):
S45 Type 6302 or S45-2: https://www.dksoundparts.com/product/capacitor-kit-beovox-s45-s45-2/
S45 Type 6427: https://www.dksoundparts.com/product/capacitor-kit-beovox-s45-type-6427/
