Beovission 7-55 Start-up problem, Who can advice, Thank you

Hi, to start my beovission 7-55 do I need to cut the main-power about 5 times before the tv will start.

(The standby lamp seems weak at the first attempts to start tv, also the DTV text appears weak at first, after some time 3 to 7 times power on and off the standby led gets brighter and the text DTV also whereafter the TV starts-up.
