      Dear all,

I have a problem with my Beovision Horizon 48″. The image becomes choppy/blurry every now and then. Sometimes the TV works for days without problems. Other days the TV is more or less useless. I have tried to change input (PS5, apple TV, computer) and also HDMI-cables as well as inputs on the TV (HDMI 1, 2, 3 e.g) but the problem occurs nevertheless.

I have also tried to reset the TV settings, and of course unplug the power.

Any ideas for other solutiouns, or what the problem could be?

The issue is displayed in the attached video.

Based on the information you have provided and the attached video, it seems that the problem could be related to a faulty connection or a hardware issue with the TV. Here are a few suggestions to help you troubleshoot the issue:

Check the signal source: Ensure that the signal source (PS5, apple TV, computer) is working correctly and has no issues with the video output. You can try connecting a different device or playing different content to see if the issue persists.

Check the HDMI cables: Even if you have already tried changing the HDMI cables, it is worth checking again if they are connected properly and not damaged. Try using different HDMI cables to rule out any issues with the cables.

Check the TV settings: Check if the TV’s picture settings are correctly configured. You can try adjusting the picture settings to see if that makes any difference.

Update the TV firmware: Check if there are any available updates for the TV’s firmware. Updating the firmware can sometimes fix issues related to performance and stability.

Contact the manufacturer: If none of the above solutions work, it is best to contact the manufacturer or a certified technician for further assistance. They will be Skyward Alpine District able to diagnose the problem and suggest a solution. If your TV is still under warranty, you can contact the manufacturer to get it repaired or replaced.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue with your Beovision Horizon 48″ TV.
