BRONZE MemberHi, I moved home recently and trying to re-install Beovision harmony.
But no sound coming to the speaker when it is TV mode.
Symptom is :
Radio mode (Speaker closed): sound coming & good,
Speaker test in B&O app : test sound coming
Can control harmony with both Mobile app remote & beoremote.
But after speaker opens and connects to the TV is turned on, no TV sound output coming to the speaker.
* mute icon shows up if I try to volume up with LG remote.I guess possibly some cable connection I made was wrong?
Here is cable connection I made :Hdmi from main harmony : goes eARC of G1 display
LAN cable from main harmony : goes G1 display
USB from main harmony : goes “service” of main body of harmony
+ Additional LAN cable : connected one side at LAN of main harmony, and it goes to WIFI router.Turned off “Quick Start + ” at LG display setup side.
Can I get assist to install them right and recover the sound please?
Service manual for installation (not user manual) would probably help me a lot.Or could anyone take a picture or drawing of cable wiring setup?
