Beovision Harmony installation

Hi, I recently moved to new home aboard and  trying to install Beovision Harmony.

Plugged the power code first (not display or internet yet) and trying to boot, but speaker lift button will not work.

 

Symptom is like this :

1. plug power code (Original one is lost while moving, so I got EU 2-slot power code)

2. White LED in the center of speaker turns on and blink (speaker lift button won’t work during this period)

3. after around 30 sec LED turns off (speaker lift button still won’t work)

4. only small LED light that is Factory reset / Paring button blinks behind of right speaker (speaker lift button still won’t work)

 

Could anyone advise how to boot and lift speaker up?

One thing I am suspicious:

I found the usb port named “SERVICE”, at cable center.

I wonder if I need some kind of software booting or update by this port since I have clicked “factory reset” button before I pack em up?

Does anyone who knows anything about it?
